Students registering for Kindergarten must be at least five years old by October 1, 2009. To enter First Grade, a child must be six years old by October 1, 2009. This child must have completed a recognized kindergarten program. Records from previous schools will be requested for students in grades one through four.

First priority will be given to members of Beaver Dam Baptist Church since the school is operated as a ministry of the church.

Second priority will be given to those students presently enrolled in its preschool program.

Registration forms will not be considered unless accompanied by a $75.00 fee per child. This fee is non-refundable or transferable.

All students are required to have a birth certificate and a certificate of immunization. The certificate must be signed by a physician or medical practitioner and have an expiration date. Health departments may sign immunization certificates as well as private physicians. All students enrolling for the first time in kindergarten through fourth grade must also submit a physical examination form. The medical exam must be within six months prior to or one month following admission to school.
